Naeem Ilyas Khanani graduated as an Electrical Engineer from NED, and has gone on to acquire degrees in MBA, MA (Economics), LLB, PGD (LUMS-McGill). He stated his career at FND in 1992 & departed in 1997. He is currently a Director on the Board of FND.

Naeem served as Director Operations & Technical Services for 15 years in FMCG and Pharmaceuticals, laying a strong foundation of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Management System.

He founded Port Qasim Association of Trade & Industry as Founder Chairman, and REIT Academy Pakistan. He is also professionally engaged as Director in Easy Health Tech Int’l, Magna Engineering, IHRI and Infinitum Technologies.

Naeem is currently also serving as an Independent Director and Chairman Audit Committee at Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Ltd, its PSX listed REIT Schemes like DCR and GRRL and other unlisted REIT Schemes.
